Am I screwed with my deposit from dealer.

I might be buying a car from a dealer out of state, I put a deposit on an ordered car from a different dealer. If I end up buying the car on the lot am I screwed with getting my deposit back?

You only have to ask them?
Chances are unless you ordered a car that has very odd options/colors, etc they will be able to sell it anyway, so they should give you your deposit back.
if they won't negotiate a deal where you get all but $200 of it back.
Then they can't complain about not making a bit from you.

I just placed the order last week, it's just now in the order banks. I read about people cancelling their orders all the time, I just don't know if they left deposits.

As far as I know, they have absolutely no right to keep your deposit. Hell, you could take delivery of the car, go on a test drive with the salesman, find out the clutch is burned to hell, and refuse to purchase it. You can't be made to purchase an item (much less a big ticket item) sight unseen.

Did you sign anything indicating that it was a non-refundable deposit? If not, it's just that... a deposit. You can get it back. If you signed something, then it gets a little trickier but not impossible. After all my delays, I asked for mine back and got it (and the car came in about a week later and I still bought it.)
