Aluminum pattern poll!

So we now have seen two versions of the aluminum dash- the bright aluminum and this darker mesh pattern w/ GT500. Haven't seen any darker IUP aluminum like in 2007. So what is your favorite aluminum pattern so far- the 2005/2010 bright, the 2010 dark mesh ( GT500 ) or the 2007-09 dark aluminum?

Bright Aluminum:

2010 GT500 "Mesh":

2007-09 Dark IUP Aluminum:

I like them all, but the GT500 mesh looks cool.

I like subtle, so I would probably say the black one, but I can't really make a good decision unless I see it in person.

Dark Aluminum IUP. Looks best with the Bullit steering wheel.

under closer inspection of the GT500 spy shot...it looks like its a medium shine with white pokidots on it..I see no mesh or pattern other than that....and I think it looks kinda gay btw.

Polka dots are large and big. I called it mesh because it's small and technical looking- resembles the punched or perfed metal grilles I have seen- also looks like heat shield wrap I've seen in racing applications. Very cool.

Too dark for me. This is why I'd never get a GT500 today- the interior looks like a base V6 in plastic.

I'm glad they went with something brighter and more race-like.

Looks like dimpled aluminum, like some superbike clutches or racing brake rotors or pedals. May look different because the pic was taken through a tinted window.

I Prefer The Bright Brushed Aluminum to The Dark Dash. Although I Know the Bright Aluminum Can Get Scratched Too, The Finish Used on The Dark Dash is Identical To the Finish That Ford Used on The 84-92 Lincoln Mark VII LSC's Dash and Door Trim and Is Extremely Prone to Chipping and Flaking. I Actually Took All of My Dash and Console Trim Out of My 92 LSC When I Had it, and I Sanded It and Refinished it So I Had Bright Brushed Aluminum Trim on my LSC.
