Doubt it. It was probably supposed to be shipped on the 12th and is probably still showing it was shipped but was never shipped due to the hold. They will probably start shipping this week if anything.

Stock#: *3702P8A VIN: 1ZVBP8AM4B5105857

So are they shipping them or what??

That VIN shows as a pretty much base V6 with cloth and Automatic. Sounds like a rental car, I have heard they did ship some to rental companies.

I just read that due to lack of demand, the Ford Mustang has been cancelled. The all new 2011 Ford Probe is ready to be released for shipment.

Lol!

You guys are forgetting that the bunch of pre-production cars that the magazines/media just tested were all fine (as far as we know). If it's only delaying your delivery dates by a week, it must be a pretty simple fix. I wouldn't even worry about it one bit.

It was kinda from Japan, was based on the Mazda G platform. Same as the 626 & MX-6

This was the only version I ever liked. It had to be a GT too, for the better wheel/tire combo.

Could be in a railcar parked on a siding.

Mine was shipped 1.10.08 but didn't make it to the Dealer until 1.29.08.

I just took some time on lunch to drive through AAI, and wow, they've got a lot of Mustangs parked up in there! I did notice in several of the lots there were a few individuals walking through and getting in and out of the vehicles and appeared to be checking something. Noticed some signs that the lot across the street from AAI (North of Vreeland Rd.) is closed, presumably due to being full.

Thanks for the info. Sounds like they are going to have to start shipping them soon just for space!

Well, if you're right, that would make sense.

I will confirm the shutdown later. Evo is pretty good when it comes to updates.

I'm confused is there an 800# we can call to check on our order without badgering our salesman? I haven't called him yet to see if I have a VIN or not, but I'd rather not bother him if I don't have to.

800-392-3673 is what I called but you'll need to have the VIN from your dealer first.
