78k miles, time to do some maintenance

So I'm coming up on 78k miles and just moved to an area where the highway is 80mph but uneven concrete slabs, so these Konis and 236/191bs springs have to come off. I'm putting the Boss LS shocks and base Boss springs back on, they're significantly softer.

In other news, I have been getting a ton of tramlining and squirming under braking this past year and I think it's time to do my front control arms.

Question - I see that there are 2 part numbers for OEM 2014 front control arms:

CR3Z-3078/3079-D for 2014 GTs and GT500s built before 7/22/13;
ER3Z-3078/3079-A for 2014 GT500s built after 7/22/13.

Both come with bushings installed.The later GT500 control arms are 10 dollars cheaper a side. Are the later GT500 the same/better or will there be any issue installing them on my 2014 GT? Thanks in advance.

EDIT: Also, are there any other maintenance items that you guys think I'm due for? I've done oil changes as needed, rear LCAs, and intake/cabin filters annually. I think it's time for a brake flush, I'd like to do a high temp fluid and maybe get some pedal feel, and I might be due for spark plugs. Car still pulls hard from 4k to 7k, but I drive it every day so I wouldn't feel a gradual drop off of power.

Wouldn't be a bad idea to do a rear differential fluid change if you haven't done that yet. As far as spark plugs, I changed mine at 100,000 last year and they still were performing fine, was more preventative than anything. I was going to do my belt and hoses but the dealer said they are easily good for 8 to 10 years and there was no reason to do it yet, so I'm still on the original ones with 120,000 miles.

I agree with Kyle and would do the rear diff. When doing mine I spent a few extra bucks and upgraded the diff cover to an aluminum boss style that sheds heat better and has drain and fill plugs for easier future maintenance. Yours may already have?

I'd also change the trans fluid, and probably start a drain and fill routine on the coolant.

Had my plugs done around 105K but they were fine and could have kept rolling.

Could the control arm changes be due to the bushing issues some were having? The latest design had provisions to install a heat shield over the hydro bushing.
