Ordered one early July, got it in two weeks with the coupon. Since it was going to expire dangerously close to my car's ETA I ordered another one under a different name two weeks ago. That one came in yesterday and also had a coupon!
When filling out the form on the website be sure to check off that you plan to purchase a vehicle in the "next 30 days" or however it is worded. That might be the trick...but who knows.

I think it's "targeted marketing" and Ford has a list of "preferred" consumers for the offer. I requested a brochure on line, checking the box that I will buy in the next 30 days and got the $750 rebate about a week later. It expired in June. I requested another brochure 2 weeks ago. I called Ford Customer Service about 3 days after I requested the brochure, and I was already in the system with a October expiration date for the new coupon, so if you're a "chosen one", you don't have to even wait for the paper brochure to arrive.

I was able to use an expired coupon with my X Plan deal. My coupon expired on 7/24 and I finished up my deal on 8/26. The only thing I can think of is that when you enter the coupon into the system, it uses a Customer ID number, not a coupon number. When I was finishing my paperwork, my salesman (who was the dealer Fleet Manager) showed me the computer screen that showed that the $750 program has been extended until 3/1/2011. Since it tracks with a Customer number instead of a coupon number, the expiration date may be flexable.
