3.73 Gears?

Okay guys so i might be getting this mod soon. Wanted some opinions and insight about it. I have a 2014 v6. I found these 2 links:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ford-Racing-...1b30f3&vxp=mtr

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ford-Racing-...1b30f3&vxp=mtr

What is the difference between the 2 links? Do i need the extra set of rings and bolts etc?

Also will i need a tune after i install the gears?

It doesn't seem as tho either one of those comes with install kit. If you look at the gears with install kit on A.M. you will see what I'm talking about and you will need a tuner or the speedo recalibration tool to correct the speedo.

No this:

and this if you don't want to get a tuner but I would just get a tuner unless you never plan on tuning your stang.

or just pay your dealer to update it....when I thought about doing this, I think they quoted $50 or $60 to do it...

He has a v6 and as far as I knew the dealer can't flash for 3.55 or 3.73 on our v6 b/c it's not a factory option. My dealer told me they couldn't do it a few months ago.

Like I said that was as far as I knew. Im not sure about it. It might be dealer dependent, as in some will do it and some won't.

I don't know why but, i've changed my rearend lube 5 times. Two times with the factory 3.31 gears and three times with my 3.73 gears. Each time the rearend held 2 and 1/3rd quarts with the 4oz bottle of friction modifier. Why they always sell only two quarts i'll never know. Other web sites rearend kits also come with only two quarts of lube.

I have the factory gear cover so 'maybe' with the fill and drain gear cover the rearend fills with two quarts but with the factory rear gear cover it takes 2 1/3rd quarts to fill. Just saying.................
