2014 New Color??
I know, I know, the 2013s have barely been out for a month, but was wondering if anybody had heard anything regarding possible new colors for 2014, particularly Blue Flame Metallic.
Was trying to find a Deep Impact Blue 5.0L GT to see in person, or just something DIB to see if this was the color for me. Found an Edge in DIB, and was a little let down. Looks purplish from some angles, reminds me of Mystichrome a little bit, which to this day is the most awful color on a Mustang next to that gross Yellow Blaze butterscotch color from 2010-2012.
There was a Blue Flame F-150 across the lot and it's an absolute perfect color for the Mustang....wish they offered it. He's an example. A little darker than Chrysler's B5 Blue with some reddish flake in it. Looks awesome in direct sunlight.
Just wondered if anybody may have any info on 2014 colors.

That "yellow blaze butterscotch color" happens to be one of the most popular and successful colors Ford has created. It's beautiful and it would be on my '13 GT500 if it was offered for them.

1st and foremost was the oil consumption issue and Fords response that 1 quart every 1k miles was considered normal for this car.
2nd was that I wanted to mod but didn't want to mod this car. I did not want to change it up and ruin it but at the same time I wanted to change things as I have on all my cars. I just could not get myself to pull the trigger and mod it.... just couldn't do it.
3rd I paid almost $45k for this car and really did not drive it. I was paranoid it would get scratched up or hit or whatever!! My wife needed a new vehicle more than I needed a garage queen. I figured I should let someone else enjoy her.
Now the wife has her new '12 Explorer Limited and I am once again getting a new mustang... just a cheaper one that I don't feel as bad about letting sit in the garage.

I hope ALL the grabber colours are available for the '14MY...the last of the S197s. They suit the "retro" look perfectly and I suspect won't work on the all new car, if it's ditching the classic look.

Each person has their own opinions.... IMO yours sucks if you think this is ugly....
