any pictures to compare the stitching? I remember when I was shopping (2014 was hardly available) that the sticking pattern was a little different (me being nerdy).

You must be referring to page 1, right hand column, fifth bullet point from the bottom in the OP of this thread?
https://themustangsource.com/f785/no...-order-526099/
I saw that too and was worried my March '14 build would not have the LEDs, but they came through like all the others.
Are you sure? I originally thought that the '14 LEDs were activated with the parking light switch and NOT DRLs, but it turns out they are indeed DRLs - they just don't turn on until the car is in gear IIRC. So when the light switch is off and the car is in park (for an auto anyway), the LED DRLs are NOT on. If the car is in park and you turn on the parking lights, they come on. If the car is in park and the light switch is off, then you put the car in gear, they come on.
Though I believe when in gear they are a bit dimmer than if they are on via the parking light switch when the car is parked.
My car was built March of this year and they seem to be the same as the '13 models, completely irrelevant to the bullet point referenced above in that other thread, so not sure what that order guide change was all about.

Checked again, you are right. The lights came on when in gear. And here I was thinking I had the car figured out

If you have a manual, the DRLs come on when you release the parking brake. In the Automatic is seems they come on when you are in gear.
I never knew there was a difference between the 13 and 14 model year. Must be really subtle changes.

Them thinking you are going to pay cash doesn't always mean you will get their best price...they make money when they refer people to local banks/etc and sometimes they will dip into that additional cash to sweeten the deal.

hey Guys I am still here and I did not buy a SLOWmaro! hello no never! haha
I really appreciate every single post that was made here, I've just been busy with work that i haven't had time to check the forums. :P
I've been comparing pictures from the 2013 and 2014 and there isn't much of a difference on the exterior which I'm fine with that.
So I see that going to the dealer and talking to the sales man as if you were going to buy cash is what many of you do. What is this X-Plan you all speak of I've never heard of anything like it. :O care to explain?

X-plan is a discount program that ford provides for stock holders and employees of sponsored companies and members of certain organizations and clubs.
It offers preset pricing on most ford cars and light trucks, they generally end up about $125 over invoice.
If you are willing to search around, maybe travel out of town or state, you can beat the x-plan pricing.
If you don't want to fool with it, just want the hassle free buy, then check with your company to see if they are an eligible employer for x-plan or you can join the Mustang Club of America for $50 and they will provide you with an x-plan pin number that you use to get the pricing.

Right now you should be able to easily beat X-price......and again don't say you ste paying cash....especially if you can't. The best thing is to shop around to see the best rate you can get before you go in...in most cases the dealer will beat or match it as they make money on sending the banks your business.

I was able to negotiate 14% off msrp on my 2014 GT Prem Vert which seems like a good deal...
They're already taking orders on the 15 so you should be able to negotiate a good price with what's on the lot.
