Just a thought, but could the license plate thing be a precursor, perhaps starting to move the molds to a shape that would allow European plates (due to their length)? Obviously they wont fit there now, but the width of that plate place holder... if it were completely flat would allow for the elongated EU plates as well as American plates

Regulations are different in Europe and abroad. Lower bumper mounted reflectors are a required location in some of those other markets. That is why you see foreign cars that retain this location when they are sold in the US.

If you pay attention to US cars exported to some other countries, you will notice they almost always have additional lighting requirements added to pass inspection. This can be additional reflectors in the lower rear fascia, rear position fog lamps and amber turn signals.
I'm talking about foreign cars here.

Here is the best I can do without going crazy on it. The stripe and reflections added a lot of difficulty to this one.

I'm not sure if it because of something missing with my editing, or the length of the stripes, but something doesn't look right to me.

You sir are a photoshop master
Really like the way that area looks painted. The lp area looks good on silver white and black but i think all the colors should be painted

Thanks! I was actually going to go into graphic design and I thought myself through tutorials, but I ended up going into mechanical engineering instead. Little bit different, haha.

I think it looks better with it personally. Gives the rear some balance. It may look nicer like that on other colors but in white I think the surround looks good.

Now, would the photoshop work look as good if done on a regular GT rear view, not a CS, Boss, or Shelby?
