I have a question I can't seem to find a answer to and plenty of looking around online with no luck I just bought a 2013 mustang gt premium but I don't have the track apps option on my display I thought all premium models came with it standard equipped I even called ford and they said whoever ordered the car orriginaly asked to not have that option even tho its a free option on it which to me sounds like she didn't know how to answer my question after putting me on hold several time and came back with that answer but it does not sound right if any one can help me answer this it would be awsome . thanks

 

Track apps is standard on all 13 GT premiums. Do you have the lcd screen between your speedometer and tachometer?

Just so I'm in the right page. You don't have this app on the lcd? Or do you just have 4 gauges?

 

If you have the LCD above, but no TrackApps, it is an easy as built update of the cluster ... A ford dealer should be able to do this...

You need to talk to your dealer... They just need to program that stuff...

I have question when I bought the car it only came with one key which is not the administrator key could track apps been disabled to the key I have ??

 

Yes, I am pretty sure you can disable it in the MyKey feature. But your car should display that the key you are using has been programmed as a mykey when you put it in.

edit:
I looked through the manual and didn't see it called out, but I thought when I programmed my key for my son I seen it there. Either way, you should get a chime and something saying that the MyKey feature is enabled when you put your key in.

 

Yes it displays my key when inserted. Wish I knew about all this stuff when I bought the car and I would of demanded the administrator key at there expense
