Dark wheels have grown on me too. For customizing this Bullitt there was not a choice of using classic Bullitt style wheels with dark spokes and a bright rim so I just implemented these nice all dark wheels.

And damm after configuring so many renderings of the Mustang with the Shelby fascia I have gotten used to the way it looks and I do not feel as much objection to it as I have before. However I am still not so fond of the lower fascia design of the 2013 Mustangs that are not Shelbys.

Dark wheels have grown on me too. Especially with a lot of brake dust flying around.

^^^Yep, that's the look (wheel-wise) I'm gonna go for on my Kona Blue. Thinking Forgestar F14 gunmetal, or similar.

I went to the Forgestar offices in OC and checked them out. Very nice wheels and my choice was between those and the SVT's. Obvious which ones I choose but they look very similar. I didn't like the idea of using the centering rings although it's probably not that big of a deal.

That's good to know. I've been obsessively researching wheels, so any first hand info is great. I like the SVTs as well. Were they comparable in price? Nice Boss BTW.

Thank you. Yes they are almost identical in price. The Forgestars are lighter and have more concave. I felt more comfortable with the OEM quality of the FR SVT wheels but again it probably doesn't matter.

The thing that upsets me the most is that Forgestar takes forever to ship wheels. A member on here has been waiting over 12 weeks for his wheels.

I don't know about Forgestar's shipping but my SVT wheels from CJ Pony arrived in a week.

Can't see the pic at work, but The S197 needs a Mach 1 351.

Been jonesin' for a Bullitt since the 08's came out (test drove three diff't ones at the time too) however, had a couple reasons to put that purchase off (ie rugrats) until a later time.

Would much rather have a 400+HP, 6spd, Brembo'd Bullitt vs the previous gen's...
