2012 V6 with Performance Package

OK;

I have the performance package with my V6. Along with a stiffer suspension setup, 19" wheels,,,, there is a brake system difference.
"It will also come with Mustang GT front and rear brake brake calipers" (So the literature says)
Great -- what does that mean? Are the pads larger, different hydraulic pistons?

Thanks

It has GT Pads and they are a different compound, the calipers are the same on all but the Brembo's and my 2013 had V6 Rotors, the Automatic Performance Package in 2013-14 had GT Rotors on it.

Thanks

Still kind of confusing.

I just replaced fronts with American Muscle Z23 pads & rotors ( slotted & drilled)
Will replace the rears with the same Z23.

Have 75,000 miles with room to spare on the pads --- but ... I decided to change anyway. Turns out one of the pads was broken See attached photo.

I can really confuse you, I did mine with the 4 pot 14" Brembo's on the Front and 13.8 inch 2013-14 GT500 rears
