so the topic covered

160 speedo = now its not a big deal..
135 mph driveshaft problems = its a big deal but im not going to go over 100 mph
v6 faster then a gt = not a issue since its not

I think that was all the topics.. they have been covered.

also no one believe mag numbers since they have sponsors and review cars from those sponsors.

Sir, you must be misinformed. Im not whinning about anything. I was making an observation about the way Ford markets the 11 plus v6. I have no intention of going 160. I have no intention of going 135. So I really don't care if some dudes driveshaft blows up because he was going too fast for the weaker driveshaft installed on 11 plus sixers. It was just a comment and opinion.

Your sitting there talking to a person that goes to the track every month about track times YOU THINK are the norm.

I understand why the v6 is lower cost than a 5.0. Engine, suspension, braking system, driveshaft etc. All important things for people who are track racing there car not the person who drives there car daily to and from work and Wal Mart runs.

There is a reason for owning the v8, it just didn't fit my needs for what I use the car for. For one to say only girls drive v6, well that's just ignorant and silly.

My Gt is my daily driver and its fine for me. infact my past six mustangs were were my daily driver and all of them were V8's and ranged from 300hp-550hp.

I told you, those numbers are from some professionals who drove them for Road and Track, Motor Trend. Some numbers are from actual track runs on You Tube and maybe an occasional challenge at the stop light or two by a fellow Gt guy who thinks there V8 is the bomb. Sometimes the V8 ego's get hurt when im waiting for them at the next stop light. Maybe their driving skill was off that day. Im just saying.

My wife, a teacher, once saw a kid lick the bottom of his shoe in class. He also used to poop himself and sit in it and never tell anyone. He was in 5th grade. She finally got him sent to a psych clinic.

That's fine and if its important to you to have a V8 with 550 hp then rock out. Nothing wrong with that but it wasn't important enough to me to have 412 hp and all the upgraded goodies of the 5.0 to spend the extra 7 to 10 grand. Its not important enough to me to have 550 hp for me to drive around as my weekly driver. Nothing wrong with that but it doesn't fit my wants in a pony car.
