Yeah, gorgeous. Although the Brembo Brake Package for SURE won't be $500 as some were speculating. It is going to include these 19" wheels and tires to cover those (probably) 14" rotors and 4-piston calipers. These wheels kinda look like the 18" polished wheels to me, similar pattern.

They look easy to clean which is a big plus.

They do look a lot like the saucer section / bow of the Federation ships.

Do not like. The best rim I have seen in awhile is that on the 2009 G8 GXP.

G8 GXP wheels:

They remind me of the front/rear profile of a TIE Defender:

haha, yeah. The GT500 rims are nice looking but too **** skinny. Not sure I trust "rim widening". I'd like an 11" rim.

Hopefully the aftermarket will accommodate you with an 11" wide GT500 wheel.

I'm hoping Ford does on the 2011. The skinny tires on the GT500 have been a "***** point" for years.

The Z06 has 19x12" rims out back, one thing GM "gets" is the need for traction with high HP. The new GT needs 285's minimum given its power level. Not happening on 9" rims.

What if the wheels are different on the 2011 GT500?

I already know 90% what the SVT Performance Package includes.

The rear rim is 20x? shipping with 305's. I am hoping it is not a 10" rim.

I'm officially NOT getting the factory HIDs. The non-HID lights just look so **** sexy and mean. The factory HIDs look retarded, and it disappoints me because I am a huge fan of HIDs and projectors. Ford dropped the ball on that design. Hopefully I can pick up some of the projectors and do a retrofit into the standard lights. If not, 4300k plug and play kit for me!
