i meant hunk of crap as in terms of looks....looks wise the challenger eats this thing up....least theres less bulky plastic around the lower half of that car compared to thsi new stang

I like it - a lot. But, I'm waiting for a 5.0 litre version as well. I wanted to see what the car looked like with Shelby Razors fitted... so I installed some!!!

Cheers

Don't worry folks. The 2010's looks will grow on you. It will just take a little time (to those who don't particularly like it). The design of the car had to go in this direction in order to evolve with the Mustang and the competition. It is a very refined car (which it should be by now) which offers new buyers some very nice features and enhancements. Like I said a long way back, you'd be getting a more "aggressive" looking car, and this is it. The '08 Bullitt paved the way for the mild performance and handling upgrades and should be no surprise. The STB looks very beefy too. I think the new 2010 Mustang will again capture the allure to present and future enthusiasts. And more performance is on the way. You'll just have to wait..............

NICE! I am sure it will look even better in person. I know the 99 sure did.

Well, it's not what I had expected. I do like the interior but aside from the hips, I'm really not feeling the exterior. It'll probably grow on me after the special models and aftermarket parts show up.

I am hoping that this is one of the parts that we can retrofit to the 05-09.
Anyone know why we couldn't?

I don't really mind the no fill cap, I keep a locking gas cap on mine anyways. Easy way to protect your investment

And now, in black with Shelby Razors...

In fact, black could be the best color on the car... simply because, suddenly the black grille and black lower sections match the paintwork better...

I'm really beginning to like this car a lot!!!

I think you are right. Black would be the best looking color for this car as everything blends so much better. Can you do one of the rear in black?

Ha! Ha!

Yes, it's for 'added excitement' behind the wheel...

The 2010 looks great! The only thing I don't like about it's looks is the blacked out grille surround on the GT. But that's nothing of spray can of touch up paint can't fix.

Lemmie get this straight: you own a '98 and you're calling the 2010 a hunk of crap?!?!

Sounds like a case of jealousy to me.

This car like most will have it's lovers and haters. My wife loves it, I"m glad I have the 08 body style. And just think how valuable (I don't really believe this) the low production # of 09's that are the 45th Aniversery additions will be!!
My opinion is they took a cool retro body style and changed it up to look more like the compitision ie Camaro, Challenger, Charger.
