2010 VIDEO IS UP!!!!!! and is REVEALED
I can't believe people don't like the new rear end. It's much more sculpted and one of the car's best features, IMHO.
There's nothing about the redesign that I don't like, in fact.

There are a few things I like such as the signal lights in the headlight, stereo control in the steering wheel, improved interior door panels and the new hips. Having said this though I am still fascinated with my 2005.
Oh and this Stang should come with a page in the manual like the GT-R saying don't pimp your auto. This new GT body outside of maybe fog light deletes in the grille shouldn't be touched.
Very cool, and I am not suprised by the look one bit. I am actually really suprised my GT500 photoshop quite acuratly portrayed the hockey stick, I was thinking it might have been a full c scallop but it wasn't.
It is the sum of the pics revealed piecemeal to date.
The stuff that was stated as wrong weeks/months ago (the hideous turnsignals in the headlight bezels, the beveled taillights, the riceboy hood bulge, the sucksa-so-mucha faux gascap in the center of the rear end, the nasty cladding at the bottom of the rear bumper, the rectangular center A/C vents, the chubby steering wheel, yada yada yada) are still wrong--plus they've added nasty cladding under the front bumper that I hadn't noticed in the teaser pics. And still too much BS standard or optional (nav system, heated rear view mirror, rear view camera, Sirius, yada yada yada...).
OTOH, the stuff that was right (the rear fender kick-up, the relocation of the dorky antenna stalk, the improved HVAC system, and the generally upgraded upholstery materials) is still right.
A step down from the '05--'09 S197s at the very least, and maybe a pratfall in the dealerships...
No vehicle can afford to stumble right now--there's no Hurricane/Boss/EcoBoost/Coyote/Whatever 5.0L V8, there's no TT 3.5 V6, nor even a TT EcoBoost I4. Instead of performance improvements or at least mileage improvements, we got Sirius, nav systems, back-up cameras, and assorted electronic bull**** that only Liberace could love...
Even the MSRP went way up... I see tough days ahead even if there weren't Challengers, Camaros, and imports.
Hau Thai Tang--save us from this!

Besides, Didn't someone say that the new engines would most likely be added on in a year to a year and a half?
