Found a Brown King Cobra, and a few other nice II's.

A Prototype for the II

And lets not forget, the Mustang II was Honored as Motor Trends Car of the Year in 74.

Brown was a common vogue color in the 1970's.

This was a particularly nice looking Mustang II I found looking around. Not all original but I think a very nice car.

Beautiful shape...but I have to say I'm just not a fan of those cars at all. There's way too much Pinto DNA in the design.

And that's never a good thing.

OK, what's going on. I like all Mustangs but I thought this was a 2010 thread, not a Mustang II thread.

Love the pics you come up with. But they are such huge files... and so many in the same post make for difficult loading. FYI

All I remember about mine, is it was definitely black and also had the orange striping, just as the Brown one did.

Although from those pictures that Shawn posted, It's difficult to tell the difference between Brown and Black. Oh well, I guess that I'm either color blind. Or it's time for a new eye examination lol.

I am not trying to get back off topic, just answering Rocky's question about the previous post. The only pic I found of any kind of Brown Cobra Mustang II was the first Pic I posted. The others were Black with Orange or Gold Stripes.

This is the Brown one.

OK......

OK......
Hey Shawn, after looking over both pics again. I now see the difference between the Brown and Black King Cobra's, much better now.

In the meantime, thanks for clearing everything up for me.

To go back to the OP and topic...I do feel that the 2010 Stang is for a new generation as well as for those of us who just finally grew up and want a nice interior with all the doodads in our Mustangs. I know that's the reason why I strayed from Mustangs and started buying BMW's and Porsches.

Here is true pinto DNA.... 1973 with 27,000 original miles. This was my wife's mothers car that we inherited.... 0 - 60 in..... I don't think it can actually make it to 60

IT'S FOR THE MUSTANG GENERATION!

Honestly the 2010 is for Every Generation. You or Old, Male or Female, Black White, Red, Yellow, It Doesn't Discriminate. The only requirement is that You Like It as a Car, or that You Love Mustangs.

This car was designed for those that were born before there was a car called a Mustang, and especially for those Born since the Original Mustang Debuted.

It's Extremely Obvious that This Car Is A Mustang, from Any Angle! It will Never Be Mistaken For Anything Else!

So Lets Just Get Over This Bickering and Squabbling!

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!

I had a Pinto wagon just like that but it was silver with red vinyl interior. It ran great until my brother over heated it and warped the head.
