so guys since they moved back the order date for the 2011.

1. did they change the MY end date on the 2010? or is it still in march 13?

2. what about dealers can they still cancel their orders on 2010s cause they know the 2011s are going to be better in certain ways?

reason i ask is i wonder are new 2010 going to be showing up on the lots the next couple months? im looking for a vert in a specific color interior. plus i would love to be able to get thousands off msrp over the 11 which is more than i want to spend(premium gt vert).

Ford is no longer scheduling 2010 Mustang orders. Most orders have already been balanced out - meaning that Ford isn't going to build anymore of the 2010's in dealers' order banks.

2011 production is still on time to begin March 15th. Don't count on many more new 2010's to be arriving at dealers. Sure, there's still some on the way, but barely any.

 

ok thanks a lot brain. thats what i figured.

i was looking for gt in saddle interior. all i found was a couple autos with it or black ones. not a good idea in texas.

plus i really really want a vert. guess i will continue to look for a used one. i dont have to have saddle but i refuse to have black interior and i want the updated heads of the late 08-2010.

i just hope there are lots of "i got to have the 2011" owners this spring or summer that trade in their verts.
