You want to expound on your question a little 
, as its a pretty open ended question? How about knowing what your looking for? Give you an idea? There is a little more than $2,000 markup on a current 2009 GT from MSRP to invoice, so figure the margin is gonna go up a slight amount. Why are you worring about this anyhow? Just go buy a few shares of Ford stock, and you get X-Plan. Its as simple as that. No muss, no fuss. 
If you want a price quote, just let me know what your specifics are, and I will send you some info.

I didn't know it was as easy as that to get an x-plan pin.
and Louie asks a good question, is there a minimum amount, hell it you have to spen $1000, you can save 2-3 times that much on your next car so it wouldn't be too bad if you plan on buying soon. And with stock under $2, and dropping you can get alot for your money, especially if you keep it in for the long run and pull out when they rebound (and they will). Just think how much money you can make if you buy for $2 and then sell in a few years for $15-20, that is 6-8 times your investment as profit, minus fees/taxes.

buy some stock now while its low, save some $$ on my new stang ('11 yellow 5.0L 6spd GT prem. conv. please...lol) and make a little $$ over the long run.

I heard about getting X-Plan by owning shares in another thread here. I work for a company that offers X-Plan, but in case they ever drop it, i'll have a backup. I'll just hang on to it forever. A couple hundred dollars buying the stock is nothing if it can save you $2000 on a purchase. Well worth the investment. Even if it loses value, you're still ahead on the savings!

From the conversation I had with the lady at Ford Investor Relations (I have about $1000 worth of Ford stock), she said NO MINIMUM TO OWN!!
I see this has generated much more hype than I thought (and it was already posted in the past). So I will be scanning the form from Ford, and will start a new thread in here shortly.

i worked for a company that got the x plan when i bought my truck. is there a blanket x plan for military contractors? i was told that even with that specialty vehicles could not be had for x plan but would having it through stocks change that scenario allowing people to purchase a gt500 at the x plan?

i work at a lexus dealership(Tech) and the owner that owns the dealership also has a ford dealership that he owns. i was talking to my buddy who happens to be a salesman there said he might be able to get me around invoice pricing, maybe a few hundred above cost if he was able to. Not sure if he would be able to but hey its worth a shot. This would be for a 2010 Gt premium i was asking about. Sorry i didnt state that before.

well the ford dealership he owns is not in the same state. SO, i would still be able to get the Employee pricing? i didnt know i was able to do that working for a different manufacturer

It may be different where you live. But here in Michigan, most employers set their employees up under a Employee Leasing Company. That company employs the different franchises, meaning that you should qualify because of that. It shouldnt matter, the supplier discount is only a hundred more, I think its referred to as X plan. You could get a pin # that way and save some hassles I guess.
