2010 Mustang GT stock exhaust?

I recently bought a 2010 Ford Mustang GT, previously had a 2013 Chevy Camaro SS with dual exhaust Flowmasters until it got stolen, didn't sound as throaty and mean muscle car sound, I cannot figure out if the exhaust is stock or aftermarket this exhaust has a glass packs sound , I get compliments on the sound of it, guess the question is do stock 2010's have a loud exhaust and some information about it would be helpful, this is my first and not my last Mustang

I have not heard a stock 2010 GT that I know of, but I would guess you have after market exhaust, at least axle backs. If your mufflers look something like this picture then it is stock. If they are smaller and round cylinders then you have after market. A lot of the after market brands will place their name on either the body of the muffler or the tips.

Welcome to the Mustang family. Lots of good info and knowledgable people can be found here. Hopefully one of those with knowledge on this will chime in. Great forum to hang around.

Since this is my first Mustang I don't know much about them, until I learn I have to compare to my former Camaro SS which didn't have any loud sound exhaust it sounded like a fan blowing then I paid $800 for flow masters and then it gets stolen, the Mustang was bought after I test drove it, fell in love with it

Oh I forgot that the exhaust has a popping sound when deceleration occurs and I took it to a mechanic thinking the sound was a misfire and he told me "yeah the 5.0s sound like that " and told him it was 4.6 he said same thing that's how they sound , so I'm thinking stock exhaust? Also the mechanic mumbled something about a sound diaphragm plug thing?
