We've been through this.
If the 'chops are any indication, it looks much better with the chunky black plastic. It's almost as if those designers know what they're doing!

I'm not going to make any judgement calls based on a Hot Wheels car.
I still say that the hockey stick will carry over unchanged. It will have the "feel" of a c-scoop though, thanks to the midline ridge.

With all of the secretivness ford has kept of this car, how much trouble do you think Hot wheels will be in with Ford?
Nothing publicly known I'm sure but still....

I have to agree with ZZ. As much as I would like to see a defined C Scoop much like the HotWheels car portrays, I doubt it will be like that. I'm sure that the hard midline will accent the hockey stick type recess making it seem like a genuine C Scoop. Although I've been wrong before!

Hmmmm... maybe I can get one too!!! Or two, or three. Or a million!!! Then I can hand them out to us TMS guys (and the people that voted for me), that way we all have a little 2010 with us at all times. Sounds good to me.

there are certain things you can see with the die cast, but obviously there are certain things you cannot see with such a small scale (i.e. styling cues along the side of the car)

Those tail lights are growing on me. I saw a 2010 V6 Mustang on the freeway testerday, I drove behind it for a while and I think I like those lights now. Especially after I go out of my Mustang and looked at my tail lights, they just look out dated. Are the new tail lights LED, it looked like they were.
I just looked up the Hot Wheels car on ebay already over $100
here's the link

Personally, I'll wait till they hit the store shelves and buy one for $.99
