Actually, if it doesn't sell all to well, that might be good news for us waiting for the 5.0. I'm sure it is ready for production, and if sales are as bad as some think it will be (I'm sure it will sell just fine), They MIGHT, introduce the 5.0 sooner than later (mid-year).

I agree, it most likely will.... to those who "have to be the first ones and have it" and those who dont follow the Mustang like we do.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but no... they are still testing it.

Either they rush it or do the right thing and wait the extra MY.

They are doing the right thing.

It'll be faster than the outgoing car...

theoretically though the 2010 run is going to be a long one because they are rolling it out earlier than usual. unless ford is planning on rolling out the 11 the following spring we will be stuck with the 4.6 for over a year. now i do believe that we will see some 5.0's like others have said in a se mustang. then in 11 it will be mainstreamed into the gt as a base engine which will undoubtedly **** off the guys that paid a premium for the se versions. just my .02

Good point! I would not be surprised if you saw a Grabber Blue Boss 302 Special Edition sometime in 2010!
