Thank you! Originally I was going to go black, but when I saw this one in person, I just couldn't resist. You think it's black, then... Surprise!

 

I would have thought it was black too if you didn't say anything, I haven't seen much pics of lava red, definitely a rare color.

 

Always liked that color and wished Ford would have offered that longer.

 

Must be color blind then lol. Although I see somewhat of a red casting, the color looks more like Black to me.. At least from the pics anyhow

 

Most of the time, it does indeed look black, it's really only when the light hits it just right where you see the red... It really is an awesome color! It's really hard to catch the red color in pictures, but in person, in the right light, it's awesome!

 

I've never seen one in person.. So that would definitely explain why for sure then

 

If and when you do it is pretty awesome. I rank it right up there with the mystic chrome color they offered before.

 

Both of which are still under the majestic Kona Blue, right?

 

I'll definitely be on the lookout when car cruise season resumes this upcoming spring

 

I've seen them at Ford's at Carlisle event in June if you ever go to that?

I was there last year, but only for the swap meet this past spring.. Hopefully I'll make it out there for the Ford nationals this upcoming June

 

Guess I'm still color blind, however I do see a bit more of a red tint lol.

Gabe ! I checked out the pics from the thread link you provided.. Now that I see them close up lol. I can see the red cast in the paint much better..

And most definitely under the right lighting conditions really help as well
