Ugh. I'm hoping for a nice day in the next few days so I can do the same. I need to detail her before she sleeps. The weather and my days off are not syncing up for me to make this happen. Hopefully by next Wednesday.
Yeah, I purposely made time on Sunday. It was the last 60 degree day this year/season. I gave her a full tank of gas and Sta-Bil, then detailed her, then parked her, hugged her and said goodbye...then on my way into the house, I turned back and gave her the sad face look.

Gorgeous, Dave. You storing her soon too? or driving in winter?

She's getting stored soon. She'll never see snow......or rain......or clouds......

You guys copying my quotes or something? LOL.... I think I started that. I managed to put 13k miles on Marilyn in 4 years, and that's only when driven on God's Perfect Days.
I only have about 7500 miles on MJ over 3 years, but she's seen plenty of rain (but no snow)... But you know what, she always looks good after washing/waxing! Sadly, we went from 50's-60's last week to getting dumped on with snow on Monday/Tuesday... Looks like MJ will be in the garage for a while...
I thought I had it bad in Iowa. I'm sorry man... wow...
My back is still hurting (I really need to invest in a snow blower)! LOL!
It usually only snows like this once or twice a season (usually it's just a few inches and it melts within a day or two), but this was a big storm! From all the snow and shoveling of my driveway, I can reenact the battle of Hoth on my front lawn! LOL!

Ooh battle of hoth. Star Wars reference! Reminds me of my Battlefront ps4 game I just got!!!

Definitely invest in a snowblower. You'll never look back.
If you do, make sure you go overboard and get a powerful/big snow blower if you can. You'll thank yourself later.

Probably about a foot and a half to two feet where I live... All within about a 24 hour time period!

Yeah, I think I am going to have to. Like I said, we only get snow like this a couple times a year (if that), but it'll definitely be nice to have in those times, for sure! The funny thing is my neighbor accross the street and next door both have snowblowers and both didn't have gas for them! They had to go out in this stuff to go get gas first! LOL!
I wish i had it as bad as Iowa... i live in Canada... so we dont wanna hear anything about you guys having it bad Also Darren is exempt since he lives on hipster island (aka vancouver ) where can cruise with the top down all season long. Yes im jealous LOL

This Saturday I'm going to take a nice ride in the morning then take car of the interior. Sunday I'll go for it with a cold wash and detail.

This reminds me of every time I get out of the car. As I walk away I keep turning back to look at her. Even after all this time I still look at my car and think WOW!

When someone does this, that's how you know you love your car and you got the "right" one.

Holy smokes! That's a ton of snow!
Yeah,...the snowblower is a great invention. I use every winter and I thank God I have it. Especially last year.
OH!! And I always have gas in the gas can and in the gas tank of the snowblower. (I put in Sta-Bil in every year before putting it away and it starts up fine.) You must have laughed at your neighbors. LOL

Part laughing, part sorry they had to go out in those conditions just to get gas!
