2010-2014 Ford Mustang S-197 Gen II Lets see your latest Pics PHOTO GALLERY
Reno's coming along well.
Today the buddy that came over used to be a contractor, he set the tile while I was cutting it (my knees hated me for it), we got about half-way done, but love how it's coming along so far:

Tomorrow the front lawn and driveway are getting a complete makeover ... the driveway is getting widened and the front lawn is gonna lose the stone wall and will be nicely graded, drain pipe buried underneath to drain both sides of the house hidden, meaning the long gutter at the end of the driveway will be gone too.
The lines in the pic below show where the new driveway will go out to:

And a photoshop showing it done along with a redone lawn:

The almost-10-foot-wider driveway should make it a lot easier to juggle 4 cars in and out, plus will come in quite handy when we have people over.
Move-in date is tentatively set for late June ... we'll see ... I can't wait to be done with the big stuff and be able to actually live here ...

I have a few hundred trees in the back and side yards ... a few more are coming down eventually, but not for a while.
Lol, thanks Tony.
The excavating company came over yesterday morning, by 7:25AM they were already pulling stumps out of the front lawn, by 8:20PM they had buried a perforated 4" pipe from the right side back of the house all the way through the front and over to the left past the driveway bringing it over to a vernal pool that's on that side, idea being that the pipe will transfer the water there from the gutters from the right side of the house and also from whatever underground water table and bring it all over to the pool.
Another pipe was buried at the back end of the driveway to do the same thing with the water from the left-side gutter drain.
They covered/surrounded the pipes with crushed stone, then covered that with a fabric cover to keep the stone clean, then sand, then dirt/loom. The front of the house lost all its rocks, now it's all nicely graded down toward the street, and they went all the way to the right side property line, so the front lawn looks huge now, no longer an eye sore, even better than we could've possibly imagined.
They also removed the old driveway and prepped the surface for the new wider driveway we'll have installed very soon.
I took about 80 pictures, still editing them as of midnight last night, will post up a few today
