Other than mine, I haven't seen one in person either (yet I'd like to, in a funny way). And like a few other colors, seeing one in person is very different then pics - although with great effort, I've come close to capturing the true color a few times.

Seems everyone who comments on my car wants to see the color from different angles, because it changes drastically. From black in the shade, to a metallic burgundy in the sun. I tied for Best in Class at a 100-car (Mustangs and Cobras) show last month and I'm sure the color had something to do with it (that, and my obsession with cleaning and waxing 40 times before the show - it's the only way to really show it off).

I definitely lucked out. Picked her up stupid cheap! (Perks of the job I suppose!)

My thumb is great! It healed up really well, and other than not having feeling in my hand, and not having full mobility in the thumb, it's there, it moves, and I can still do everything I did before. Thanks for asking!

I had the GT (San Antonio area). Never saw another one, GT or otherwise. Sales people said they'd never seen one either. I think mine was sold originally in Odessa.
