19" Tires on factory rims ?
Actual width depends on the tire manufacturer. Some run wide like Kumho and BFG. The Kumho 255's I bought not too long go were actually 12+ inches wide on a 9" rim and they were just right for that size rim.
the stock's on my '10 were 235/50-18, i ran 245/45-18's on a set.
there are no issues with the auto shift points, no issues with the speedo,
or with the abs, t/c, est, or tpms.
just don't go more that ± 0.5" tot dia, then you'll need a tune.
of course you could just wait till it's time to replace them first.. and save some $$
