13 Mustang GT California Special Convertible License Plate Relocation Kit

Ive been searching for a license plate relocation kit for my California Special. Id like to move it down to the bottom lip (centered). I havent had any luck after a fair bit of searching. All the kits ive found don't work i suspect because of the shape and size of the bottom lip. Can someone please share if they happen to know of where i can find a kit for my car? Thanks for your help
