'12 PP v6 orrr 07 GT
This is just my 2 pennies worth, but, for a daily driver:
V6PP=
Good gas mileage
Warranty (this would be important to me for a daily driver)
(and don't forget the new car smell
)
2007 Mustang Shelby Gt=
V8 sound
It would be a no brainer for me,........V6PP

thats my only concern, is the crude interior... is it that bad? i drove an 05 GT premium with the same interior, and it wasnt too bad....
the gas mileage im not concerned about too much.... im gana be stamping on the pedal a lot
\although the reason i asked on here was for you guys to make me want the Perf Pack V6 more than the Shelby... try to sway me over xD the interior is my main concern
also, your mustang is beautiful, looks great!!!

If you upgrade the exhaust on the new V6 it's not bad, not like a GT but still sounds decent. The v6 PP will be very comparable in power to the Shelby GT and I personally can't live without the new SYNC and gadgets. For me no brainer, V6.
i would rather have a gt. ive drove the new v6 and its nice too. but personally i would choose the v6 out of these too. just because of the spark plug issue on the gt.
just my 2 cents

OP, premium interior is one of the best upgrades of the 10+ models IMO...

Dave
I'd go with a V6. And weren't you getting a Dub edition??
I don't want to hurt the feelings of anybody who has a 2005-2009, but the first time I sat in a 2005 I thought to myself Nice body, but this interior is about as snazzy as a taxi. I thought it was a real step down compared to my then-car, a Toyota MR2 Turbo. The 2010+ (at least with the Premium Package) is as nice as any high-performance car in the under $40K price range.

Really looks like there are two sides here. Those that buy for luxury, and those that want performance. It comes down to what kind of Mustang owner you are, do you want it for heated seats, Sync, gas mileage, smooth ride. Or, do you want it for power and performance.
I would go for the Shelby without a second thought. I would even go for a used Terminator with it's terrible interior before the '12 6.

How would u feel about a 10 GT over the Shelby? Best of both worlds IMO. And some r dirt cheap

Shelby vs a '10 GT, I would probably have to go with the '10. Shelby is sexy but you could probably get a really good deal on the '10, and like you said; get the best of both worlds!
In the end theres nothing wrong with getting the '12 6, I just like the extra umph of the GT, and easy upgrades for future fun.
