Exclamation 12.68@112.50 with only a tune on street tires

This was on my RTR wheels with the Goodyear Eagle F1-D3 275/40-19's at 35 psi
85% humidity! 69 degrees

3.73 axle with a Manual

My suspension mods are as follows (only the Chrome Moly LCA's are helping me at the strip, my springs/shocks and sway bars are STIFF)

FRPP 1.5" drop springs
FRPP Adjustable dampers
Steeda adjustable front sway bar
Maximum Motorsports caster/camber plate
Steeda Bump steer kit
Steeda adjustable panhard bar
Rehagen Racing Chrome Moly rear lower control arms

Good job! Any suspension stuff done? I know you're a road-race type, and those sorts of mods are often counter-productive in drag racing. Also, I'm not familiar with F1-D3s....who 'sticky' are they? And finally, what gear do you have in the car?

Again - nice slip!

The D3 is a good street tire, not the stickest, but its no slouch.

All street tires are not THAT sticky

I also updated the original post with more info to answer your other questions

Thanks. I suspect you'd hit about the same ET with none of the suspension stuff, though the tires probably did help you a bit.

Tks for the info.

PS...what the heck was in the other lane? 2.75 60 ft? OUCH!!!

Just wait until you go back in the Fall with some nice cool, crisp air. Low 12's are very achieveable. The best I could do that day was my 2nd run against you. IIRC it was a 13.67 @ 103.5... The rest of the morning I was clicking off consistant 13.73-75 runs swapping lanes each time. My best was last fall where I was able to get a 13.46 @ 104.2 the air was much better that night (obviously). I wonder... do you have a link for the site that will adjust your times to a STD value based on weather conditions of the day?

Very nice! Congrats! Can you get me the videos so I can throw them up on our you tube. I'm going to go back this week with the headers and exhaust on ours to see what I can squeak out of it. Hoping for low 12's on stock weehsl and tires, then may throw Cobra-Jet Bogarts on it.

I'm curious as to where the 2011 Mustang GT starts in NASA TT. With all the suspension work you had done, and once you add some good rubber......still in TTA??

Ok, no offense, but I am surprised by the mph. Even in ~1500ft DA, your hp/tq numbers should be good for like 115 to 116 mph.

I was leaving nearly at idle anything else blew the tires away.

I was also seeing some wheelspin in 1st gear above 5k
