In the first part of the year, I concentrated on building money by taking favorites that had qualified badly. You knew that they would earn some money even if they did not win. Later I started working on points even if it cost me a few dollars. I traded two to three drivers each week. Total cost for the season was about $60. My wife also participated so for less than $150 we had 36 Sunday afternoons that we spent together, drank beer and had a great time. Life doesn't get any better than that.
