Windveil Blue check in
#21
TampaBear67,
I've had lots of the dark blues Ford has put out for their T-Birds and F-150's. Twilight Blue in '88 T-Bird Sport and '90 Supercoupe. Then the Moonlight Blue in a '96 T-Bird. Dark Shadow blue in a few of the F-150's, and quite a few Black cars and trucks. They look nice when they are clean, but to keep them that way, requires washing them sometimes twice a week. Thought I would try a lighter blue this time around. This one I can drive in the rain all week, and it still looks clean. Jack

the windveil was the first mustang I saw. i took photos of it at the dealer... the WB makes the lines of the car just pop out... it looks AMAZING. when i took the photos, it wasnt my favorite color, but it did rise up very quickly up my list. the optional rims sort of killed it for me when i saw it, but seeing the standard rims on the WB made it numero uno on my list

My Mom had an 84 Thunderbird Elan, 5.0, and an 87 Thunderbird Turbo Coupe as well as a 90 Lincoln Mark VII LSC that were all some shade of Silver Blue, close to Windveil, and they were much easier to keep clean, as was my Titanium Silver SC.
Windveil might just win out over the Sonic this time. It won't be as hard to keep clean, which is a good thing with the condition of my back.

This pic was from November 18, posted by Sliver GT, of W/B with white stripes. IMO, if I were to go with stripes, I believe the satin silver would blend in better on the W/B, than the white shown here. That would be my preference, although this also looks nice.

I am surprised the W.B. responses are more than the Blacks. This is the color we my wife& I chose. We plan on having satin silver stripes added. My first choice however was P.White with S.B. stripes but i lost. Great looking cars and color.

I'm definitely going to have satin silver stripes on my W/B. I'm going to use the stripes from Bryan at the Graphix Factory (he doesn't know it yet) in Ionia. Now I have to decide if I want them shipped here or if I want to drive the car there. I wish someone already had satin silver stripes on and could post a picture.......
