Ive got a black 66 and had a tan 95, I wanted a mustang since they came out with the s 197 body style but I did not want to get the first year, I also wanted a hood scoop to break up the long hood. I orderd the hood scoop the day I went to the dealership and saw the vista blue car on the lot. I love this color. nice metalic in it. dark sometimes and bright other. The color sold me.
I didnt buy that one because dealer couldn't even give me a ball park so I had went on line and found one with most of what i wanted and went in to local dealer and asked what could he do for me ... he was within 10 dollars from the start to the finish .... 29 800 window 27400 with x plan and 25400 with 2000 ford cash back for a gt with extras...

Oh man you are so lucky in America. You just don't want to know what a Swiss is paying for a Mustang GT.

On Vista I like especially the more exclusive and quality look through this metallic shine. A plain black, red, white or grabber stang looks imho always a bit cheap.

This is my 4th Stang. My '92 was metallic blue(loved), '95 was white(hated)and '00 was laser red(pretty fond of). Ever since I saw the S197, I loved the show car(silver with white stripes). Then when I saw the first blue one, I had to have it! I love the metallic paint. The end of '06 I couldn't afford the payments on an '07 and I would've loved to have the Alloy or Grabber Orange, so I opted for my orignial Vista/Dark Charcoal combo in the '06. I love the dark colored car, but not black as a daily driver that sits outside. I'm very happy with my choice of Vista

I dont have mine yet, but it's gotta be Vista Blue. It's the best color any manufacturer has IMO. Plus, blue is my absolute favorite color. I wear it all the time, it's the color of one of my favorite teams, the Duke Blue Devils. Some of my friends even got into the habit of calling me "big blue." My Stang will probably be Vista Blue, with tungsten shelby stripes.

Vista Blue GT/CS

My 1st Mustang was a blue 1965 2+2 fastback, had to sell her when I went to Vietnam in 1969. My GT/CS is in Vista Blue a keeper !

Originally I bought Sonic (05), although at the time it was a tough choice between that and Redfire. I've always liked blue. When the '05 was taken away from me, and it was time to order, Vista Blue was the only conceivable choice. anything else would've just been wrong.

I can't imagine owning a Mustang in any other color now.

I loved the color a lot in stock form. Now with all the exterior mods I've done, I love it a whole lot more! I still have the SHR flush mounts yet to install which will raise the bar higher yet

I was torn between Black and Vista Blue. Since I had already owned a Black GT, I thought I would try something different and the Vista Blue caught my eye!

Nice Car, it is a 4.0 right? With the GT emblem on the back it is hard to tell unless you go by the Pony Emblems on the sides.
Do you get any flack for the GT emblem being on a 4.0?

Actually, I've never caught any flack for having the V6 emblems on my GT IMO, they look a lot better than the "GT" and give it a ton more charachter. The reason I did the switch was due to the "GT/A" emblem just under the "GT". That to me looksI guess another thing that throws it not being a GT is the Bullitt grill with the fog deletes.

I had a Rio (Vermillion) red Mustang before, I wanted something different this time, plus Vista reminds of me the blue used on the '60s Cobras...
