Finally got to see both side by side here at the dealership. If anyone wants a fairly accurate description. Remember this.

Vista Blue is Sonic Blue, without the Purple hue to it.

Personally I love Sonic over any other blue I've seen (except the blues on my baby M3s Interlagos Blue and Laguna Seca Blue)).

Sonic's purple hue gives it such a distinct look in daylight AND at night. I just love it.

 

You might like to add the word "less" preceeding Purple hue.

 

That's good to hear. That's the one thing I didn't like about Sonic.

Ive only seen pics of vista blue,but it looks a lot different to me then just that purple hue that sonic has.

I have to agree with GhostGT sonic blue is best , but after looking at vista, I guess I could "settle" for it if I were getting an 06

 

LOL, i assure you Sonic Blue, won't be the rarest. I see them all over the place. And it of course will be back in a year or two. Same thing happened to Mineral Grey!

 

no, PPG quit making Sonic Blue .

 

According to the Ford fleet website, which has the new 2006 colors listed for the Focus (so it's been updated), the 2006 model still comes in Sonic Blue. Not on forddirect.com yet.
