Tungsten with Anthracite rims?
would you consider the stock bullits "anthracite"?
i am thinking about getting some FR500 style rims to go on my tungsten gt and i'm not sure if i want alloy or anthracite.
does anyone have any pics with anthracite rims? i want to know how close of a color match it would be.
thanks in advance.

wow, a response from Brad himself! I am honored!
I can see what you mean with the anthracites on the tungsten, they look darker than the stock bullitts, at least in those pictures.
i think i may go with hypercoated instead.

That's exactly why I ended up my getting the Tungsten with bullets that I had ordered. Saw the same thing, couldn't stand it. Other than having to slave twice as much, I am very please with what I ended up with.

The stock bullits are more silver in my opinion. I ordered these from Mustangtuning.com before they changed their name to American Muscle or whatever it is, but these were advertised as anthricite and were considerably darker than the stock bullits.

The anthracites are just too dark for the Tungsten. I agree above that the stock Bullitts are more silver than anything.

I had to revisit this thread. I think if someone has tungsten they need to go with brighter wheels or darker wheels. I had a wheel shop here in Okc try to talk me into painting my wheels tungsten to match the car, but I think that would look like way too much tungsten. Go darker or lighter, you can't go wrong either way!
