Hi chaps, I was using the search function to find any information on how many Sonic-Blues were manufactured in 2005, broken down to months.

Has anyone this info? If so, would be great if you can post this here or point me into the right direction were to find it.

It would also be interesting to see all the other colors since production started in 2004 to date.

Would be nice to get 2005/06/08 too.

 

All 2005 Mustang Production Numbers have been broken down into a variety of categories by Color, Transmission Type, Coupe, Convertible, Convertible Top Color, GT and V6 Models. This is one of the best break downs by production numbers ever obtained. You should be able to find exactly how many of your car was made by Model, Color, Trans Type, Coupe or Convertible and Interior Color. If you find any mistakes please email me and I will correct them. Total Mustangs produced were 160, 412 for 2005. Very Very interesting , now how do you find out where in the production your car falls ? I was told by the Dealer I special ordered my car from , that my Sonic was amoung the last in the run painted for that color for 2005 . Is there away to confirm this ???????????

 

I think you should be able to verify this with your VIN and the online VIN decoder. Also you can see this at the drivers door frame on the sticker. You will see the production month and the year.

 

my sonic blue 05 is 1-147 that were sent to roush for upgrades

 

We bought about a year ago the Only sonic blue that was made in 2005.

I don't know exactly what DCF stands for, but just an FYI: There were a total of 9,094 units produced in 2005 in Sonic Blue... Beginning in 2006 Ford replaced Sonic Blue with Vista Blue...
