Has anyone painted calipers on a Redfire?
I'm thinking about painting my brake calipers, but am not sure what color to use with the Redfire. I'd basically consider:
1. Black
2. Redfire (i.e. match the caliper paint to the body)
3. Red - not matching.
As far as option 3, I realize that a standard, almost "torch" red caliper paint might look funny on the Redfire, maybe even clash - but I also think it might look kind of cool. Like it might subtly look sort-of less "concerned" with looks than with performance (even though I realize this is a totally aestetic mod anyway) - red calipers just scream performance for some reason...
Thoughts?
Of course, I'd love to see pictures of any redfire owners that have painted their calipers, regardless of color.

Looks nice. These are just the pictures I was hoping for. Yeah, I was leaning that way - I don't think I'd mind the different reds at all.
The chrome bullets look great.
Where'd you get 'em?
Thanks for the post, Cathy!

Thanks - I posted here on this thread. I got bored one day and saw the mirror and started to play.

What kind of paint do you use to paint the calipers?

BTW, is that "Got Stang?" sticker on the outside of the window? If so, I'd be expecting some black magic marker covering up the S in "Stang" at some point...

Well, not exactly a Redfire  (see title), but looks great anyway!
