I had contacted ISELLFORDS about the same time as you and was going to have him order it since I wasn't getting anywhere with my dealer. He would have wondered what was going on getting two orders so close at the same time.

List the specifics of your Pony. Jack and I have ordered almost identical cars. Does yours make the twins into triplets?

Jack:

I can't say enough about Ed Miller. I was certain I was never getting this car and now it will be here in under a month (Hopefully)

Oh, I didn't get a Vert...and I didn't do Spoiler delete.

PW GT/18" 64W/IUP/Shaker 500

I can't wait to get it...it's all I can think of.

And yes, Ed is very cool. Didn't order from him, but much good advice was given by him...

I even have planned almost the same mods. I going to change to the tribar ponys, I am getting the chrome taillight trim, and got the foglight rings last week. I also have the Woodview pieces for the radio surround and console top.

I am also working a grill the will look simular to the 66. I am cutting out the honeycomb and replacing it with a billet grill. I will paint the grill frame and foglights argent and put a chrome stripe on the frame.

I will eventually have charcoal LeMans stripes and GT350 side stripes. I am going for a Shelby look, but without the cobras. I am also working on an orange with checkers intake cover sticker that will be like the 66 air cleaner sticker.

That's great we really will have twins. Who did you order the chrome light bezels from and are you happy with them. I have heard people were disappointed in the foglight bezels, I don't know anyone with the tailight bezels. I am really curious because I have planned on these mods especially since I decided to get the car.

Let me know your opinion on these.

They are from Billetpro. I bought them at v8power.com. They seemed to look ok. I think some of the complants were that they stood out too much and you could see the black around the inside. I think with the billet grill and the argent paint they should be fine.

I played a little with it yesterday. It is going to be more diffecult to remove the plastic grill than I thought, but I think the end result will be great.

I had the grill with me last weekend at a Mustang club event and we looked at it held up in front of a 06. The first comment I heard was that it looked like a 66 grill.

Jack

Have you checked out SS Inserts? They have the Fog Light and Tail light Bezels they also have chrome covers for the mirrors and the door handles. I am thinking about ordering them.

Also Web electric has a Pony Corral with chrome extentions to the fogs, looks something like the Pony package, check it out.

They look interesting. I am going to wait for some of that kind of thing until I live with the car a little. I making the jump from a 66 to 06 so I will just have to see what inspires me.

I would like to see some kind of stainless cover for the windshield frame. I am not sure what the little piece of stripe over the windshield will look like. On the Crossfire it is just painted silver and that looks pretty good.

Jack:

This is creepy. About 2 hours ago my partner and I were just discussing the same thing. He has an Audi S4 that has the brushed aluminum windsheild around and he was aying how a chrome one for my car would look great. I also would like to simulate the chrome piece the 65's had across the bottom below the doors. I don't think paint would work well, ours is chrome the Chrysler is more satin finish. If you find anything let me know.

Thanks
