Got home last night from Las Vegas. Met up with a bunch of fellow Legend Limers in Henderson, Nevada and made a group appearance at the Super Run 2005 car show. It was awesome. We had a great time at the show and later at the casinos in Las Vegas, before forming a convoy to Red Rock Canyon for a group shot. It all made for an awesome weekend!
We expect to attract even more at next year's meet...

Awesome pics. Legendary lime is scrumtulescent. My second favorite color. I honestly wouldnt be all that upset if my color fell through and I was forced to take the Legendary route.

It's funny. LL wasn't even my first choice, but it eventually grew on me. Now I'm really happy that I chose it. It's unique. No matter what, they're all the same under the skin. All great cars.

Awesome pics! I've loved the LL since the first time I saw it last November. I'm getting ready to order a LL '06 within the next week or so. My main decisions right now are whether to keep spoiler or delete it & whether to go with the standard bullits or go with the 64w's. From your pics it looks like only a one or maybe two are without the spoilers.

Glad to hear you're getting a Legend Lime 'Stang. I think it's a classic color. And choosing lime is a bold choice. It's unconventional. I'm sure you'd be more than welcome in the Registry! :banana2:
I opted for the spoiler delete. I like the way the body lines taper toward the rear. The spoiler makes the rear stand too tall, in my opinion. However, I haven't ruled out afixing a ducktail spoiler or low-profile spoiler in the future. At least by going with the spoiler delete, you don't have to worry about filling in the holes on your decklid left by the stock spoiler.

Thanks! And I agree that the LL is a classic color. I think of all the '05 & '06 colors it's definitely the most unique. Of course that's just IMHO. I just love the look of the 60's cars and I think the base GT in LL, w/ bullits and no spoiler come the closest without a bunch of mods.
Oh, and I love the diecast LL car in your back window. I might have to steal that idea )

Yeah, the die cast went over pretty well. My car seemed so plain next to everyone else's, I'm glad I brought the sign, the book and the die cast with me to liven up the display! :P
Next time, I hope to have a few mods to reveal. I'd like to get those SSE Generation II quarter window louvers to start. Then I'll tackle underhood...

Great to see you had a great time with the "LL"ers Chris .My long term plan is to keep mine as stock as possible except for genuine ford accesories and any mods that I can add on and remove to put back to origional without any damage to the car like the web electronic signals .

Hey, I'm on the same page, Craig. I feel the same way. I wouldn't want to make changes that couldn't be easily undone.
I'm glad y'all liked the pix. We had a blast! :drive:  And yes, LL Rules! :worship:
