New DADDY!
Two Years ago this month I was forced to sell my baby...My 03 sonic blue GT vert...
Well....Cry no MORE!!!! Next week I pick up a new 08 Black GT VERT!!!!
I was thinking of adding racing stripes....I was looking to see if anyone had pics of Black GT with grey, silver stripes...Not looking to be a loser..and copy...but I am looking to see how they look and see if it's worth doing..

Congrats on the new Stang.
Here's some matt black stripes BTW. I didn't want to look like a Shelby GT so I stayed away from Silver. There's two black with silver stripe Shelby GT's in my town and I see on every say when I drop the kiddies at school. I like the gold too but didn't want to copy a GT-H. Anyway I saw a thread on here a couple of years ago and a guy from England got a black stang and put the matt black stripes on it and it looked awesome. I get tons of compliments on the stripes. Everyone seems to love it. And it does look better in person.

I very seriously considered charcoal metallic. Here's some of BSM's examples of various colors. Also there is a thread here somewhere with an excel spreadsheet of stripes by color and car color.

why don't you try posting a new thread in S197 Exerior mods asking for pics of the stripes you want. Then more people will see it and you might get the pics you need.
Did you pick up the car yet? I think you should put on pink stripes!!!

Funny You should say that...My 16 year old Daughter who might actually get to drive her..thought the same thing..even downloaded pictures for me..LOL
I think I have finally decided to go with gold...haven't seen any up here in Danbury...
My daughter who I lovingly call Bee, also thought I should do yellow stripes and get custom plates saying Bee-Car....I may ground her for that...
Lastly ...Yes It's Official...She's snuggling downstairs in my garage as we speak...The car, not the kid..LOL
