I photoshopped this 05 Gt with black bullits. These are 17", but I was thinking of 18" black bullits.
First time playing with photoshop, but its easy to picture.
Whats everyone's opinion on the black bullits on this car? (but 18" instead of 17")

i feel as though i have just had a monumental blonde moment! i got it all backwards! i thought the actual rims were the inside and not the rims itself, i couldn't tell until the brake calipers were added, i must take back my previous comment about liking them.

I have Hyperblack Saleen replica's on my yellow 98:

These guys also have the black bullits:

Please note that these rims are for the old model though. They don't fit very well on the 05. But they are working on an 05 edition with the correct offset.

yeah without the louvers i think it would look really good. Black on black looks mean. I dont know about black wheels on any other color though. Actually i saw a charcoal color stang with black and it looked nice. The wheels also had a polished lip, which i think helps set it off. Painted calipers look nice behind the black wheels too, especially with some big cross drilled rotors.

Powedercoat the whole rim black then paint the spokes some shiny black. Make sure that the break caliper is painted silver to match the brakes so as not to subtract from the black thing you got going.

See my thread on this very subject:

I'm still planning on painting those Bullitt spokes black, although if I were to buy larger wheels I definitely would NOT get Bullitts, I just want to make the stock wheels look as good as possible.

Ok, I found this car. 18" black bullits. I like how this looks, without the front end stuff. I don't know about the louvers...

i love the black bullitts but it dont think they will look good! if the blacks of your car and the rims are even slightly different it will look wierd! just get 18" deep dish anthracite bullitss

You know what would be a cool color for the bullits... make 'em look like hematite.... since they are aluminum, they could be anodized that way, I'm sure. Photoshop is above and beyond me, otherwise I'd give it a shot to show you what I mean.
