PSH Update: Work Resumes on Foose Hood & Shaker
It's been a while, but PSH is finally back under the knife at Special Vehicle Productions for her new hood.
Paul and Jason at SVP have been extremely generous in their sponsorship of the project, but they had to turn to for-profit jobs as the holidays approached. Now the countdown is on to get the new mods on with just two and a half weeks until our first show of 2007: the World of Wheels Custom Auto Show February 9-11 at the BJCC here in Birmingham.
This time around, PSH will get the Foose Hood & Shaker from Classic Design Concepts, the Front Splitter from Legend Mustangs, and an awesome custom decklid badge thanks to SilverHorse Racing and our own ClevParts. You guys are gonna love that; I've been dying to post it here.
Another thing we're hoping to get done in time is the black Shelby GT grille. It's one of only two in existence right now and they won't be available to the public until March.
That's it for now. It's nice to have something added to the car other than miles!

Fantastic!!! I absolutely love the PSH, its a wonderful project, and shows just a small portion of the immense possibilities that can be done to Mustangs. Im not the type of person that likes a cookie cutter car, I want something that is unique.

Looks like the hood won't be ready in time for next weekend's show. Paul gave me the choice to install the Shaker but not connect it to the blower, not paint the base Tungsten, and not shave the antenna, or to wait until after next weekend and have it perfect for the MCA show in Pensacola in March. I chose the latter.
By the way, Paul found out today that he has kidney stones, so keep him in your thoughts.

Paul had to have surgery to take care of the stones, but last update was they were having to chase him out of the shop. So all looks to be better for him. Helluva week for it to happen.
