When will GT/CS parts be available?

Actually the hood scoop is part of the GT appearance package (optional on the GT/CS).
I like it too but wish they hadn't put that honeycomb insert at the opening. I wonder if it can be removed.

Hmm. Didn't know that. Explains those GT/CS pics w/o the scoop.
Yes it can. It's a seperate piece. The "drawings" are around here somewhere.
Kevin, Any idea on availability of the hood scoop?

Most of the 07 Pieces will be available late June. I hope to have an 07 Hotsheet available mid June.

If I can remove that honeycomb insert then the GT appearance package would be more appealing.
I wonder how the original 65-66 Shelby GT-350 hood scoop would look on the S-197 hood.

I was wondering the same thing. I think it would be long enough, but not wide enough.
Thanks for the info, Kevin. I'd love to have one of those scoops, but I'm not sure I'm brave enough to drill holes in my hood.

I guess I don't like the insert because it screams non functional.
EDIT: Just saw a Roush hood scoop in person. It does have an insert, but it far enough inside that it's hard to see, unless you stoop down and look.

05StangKC,
do you have part numbers available yet for the side scoops, hood scoop, and engine cover that you can publish here for us? Its hard to see in the pics, but how much work will it be to install the side scoops? It looks like they bold on like the ones on my 04 Mach. Is it correct that these 07 parts will fit on the 06 sheetmetal?
Thanks....
