New Factory Ford Accessory Lighted Door Sills
I was Downloading Some info from Ford and Stumbled Accross this. I have No Pricing or Particulars yet But Here is How You Install Them. Look Like you have a Choice of FORD RACING, MUSTANG or SVT for your Lighted Door Sills! Instructions Indicate 2008 Up But I can Not See Why it would Not Work on Earlier Models at this Time.
Enjoy,
KC

On fordracingparts.com, they only list Ford Racing and SVT sills, not one that only says Mustang. KC, is a Mustang sill forthcoming?
Ford Racing - the Ford illuminates in blue, Racing illuminates in red.
SVT - illuminates in red.
By the way, they list the sills at $275 for the pair.
Cheers

Sounds cool! But screw that I want lights in my vanity mirrors. This is my first ford that hasn't had them since 79 Capri RS turbo almost 30 years ago. Wasn't even an option

Here they are on the Ford Racing site. Just scroll down a bit.

They only come in black, so I am thinking that we would need to keep the old sill and use the old base and modify to retain the interior colour.

I like those, very slick. My stock sills are a little scratched anyway so that would be a nice upgrade. I want to see what color the "Mustang" lettered ones light up.
