Okay, so I was able to answer one of my questions. The Navigation System appears to be compatible with the Shaker 500 (but not 1000). Now if someone could only verify that it will work with the '07 Aux connector in the armrest...

I believe it will as there is a line in button on the touch screen in the audio menu.

K C I am trying to get my 07 nav radio to work in my o6 mustang any help from your nav contact would be appreciated. Perhaps they. could give you the codes for the ACM ( audio control module) so that I could download that to the radio to see if it will work correctly. The radio is originally from a 07 mountainnear.

Thanks for the updated hotsheets KC, it's a pricey little toy, but I gotta have that factory look. I guess I know where my tax refund is going!

Question

KC,

Are you programming these units for each car/radio before sending them out? Also is this a DIY install with some basic instructions, or do you recommend a dealer install? Finally, do you have any info or links that cover the radio features, or maybe you could just indicate what radio (Premium/Shaker) is most similar to the NAV units.

Thanks for everything!

I'd like to see some pictures of the nav unit in action. I'm interested, so which current ford vehicle will I have to go test-drive to see this unit in action?

Thanks

Your Best bet is to Look at Current Lincoln Offerings.

I just Remembered I have a 64 Page PDF on the Radio and it's Features. If you would like a Copy please indicate when Requesting Hotsheets. This should be an Easy Install if you are confident you could Remove and Replace your Existing Radio. We have only Done one Install here At the Dealership and it was an 07 F150 and went in easily. We will have to wait for the First Install like Sodaman Did with his Sirrus and Hope our First Tms Member to Do the Install will post pics and such. These Units I order Programed to your existing sound system.
