SVT is back

SVT is offically being reorganized and being appointed a new director "Capito". To work with Europes Performance group. Not new news but finally something official about it.

Now lets see a new SVT mustang, Focus, and a SVT taurus/fusion. Bring out the SEs.

I love that the Performance Vehicle Group is going to be global...and run by Jost Capito, a Dakar Rally veteran and former engineer for BMW and Porsche!!

This could mean that in addition to seeing Focus RS's parked beside Shelby GT500s on lots in America, we may eventually see IRS-equipped GT500s parked beside Focus RS's on European lots.

Will be interesting to see how this guy gets on with Carroll Shelby.

yea thats what meant. I don't think they went anywhere. They just have not been getting the credit for the projects they've done a ton of work in. "Shelby GT500", Really, it should have been labeled SVT Cobra.

INdeed, which is why I fund it funny when people ask "when are we getting a Cobra again?" We have one, lol, Shelby's just lending his name to it.
