Looks like a smushed Fiesta . . . which isn't bad, but the above looks like a chop.

New Fiesta and Ka just look so much like Peugeot, especially front end.

i think if you stretch the front out, it may look a tad bit like an aston (just the front, not the rest). and by stretch, i mean WAAAAAAY out.

The rear actually looks much better than the Fiesta's IMO.

old Ka:

new Ka:

I don't know; I think I like the old one better, it was simple and clean; this new one seems overwrought for a small car, with too many creases and lines, like they were trying to put every new Ford design cue onto a tiny canvas.

The new one looks much better - the "creases and lines" break the surface tension by add sculpting and sophistication to a budget vehicle.

Very nice indeed. MUCH nicer than the 'closet on wheels' Smart car.

The "Kinetic" styling cues work on the Fiesta, but on a car this small, they could have left some of them off instead of trying to cram everything in. It ended up out of proportion and too busy. Kind of like this:

Front end looks a little too "busy", but looks good overall.

While I am a fan of the Fiesta's styling I have to agree with Vermillion, I don't think it translates well here giving the Ka a bloated/out of proportion appearance.
