New V-8 for 2007 Navigator?

On the "Future Options" list for the new 2007 Lincoln Navigator's Build and Price, it has an optional upgraded V-8 Engine producing 350+ horsepower. I couldn't find anymore specifics on it, does anybody have any ideas? They obviously need something better to compete against the new Escalade, I just don't know of anything that Ford has in their arsenal that could make that without a supercharger. Call it wishful thinking, but could it be something also on the way for a Boss Mustang? It does have the "power dome" hood which means that they must have intended something bigger to be in there . Maybe the Hurricane V-8 (or whatever its name currently is) will be out sooner than I had thought.

Even though it's the 2007 configurator, "future options" might mean 2008 or 2009, or even beyond. I don't think the Hurricane will be ready for the 2007 MY.

You're probably right, it just seems so early for them to be listing it. I guess they're just teasing us and trying to keep the attention of the potential buyers that were dissappointed with the return of the 5.4 liter. I don't think its even gone onsale yet, not until this fall. Perhaps there's still room to surprise us with something, or for later in the production year.
