How rare are these? In my hometown I know of one sitting in a junkyard in good shape.

They're not that rare in Europe, Ford sold around 1.9 million of them between 1969-1986.

European Capri sold in the USA between 1970-1977 is more rare, I believe ~500,000 were sold.

I think they're still pretty rare even with 500,000 of them being sold during the 1970s.

I personally never saw one in person in the USA.

I only saw Mustang-based Mercury Capri.
