i agree with the first comment on the story. he has to visit the WORST, lowest sale, horrible service dealer in the country, the little place in the middle of no where that sells two cars a month.

then he can see the issues with ford dealers

 

I want to see him show up in ratty jeans and a tshirt at a regular dealer unanounced and see if he can get treated like a human. Bet he gets treated like crap.

 

Mulally doesn't need to go to Ford's worst dealer, all he needs to do is venture away from the comfort of Dearborn where most of the customers are A-Z plan and venture out to the Northeast or West Coast where Ford is getting its clock cleaned by the import brands.

 

well said, but i think a stop at the worst dealer known would also be a good visit. its not like he is only oging to go to one or two more dealers.
